-A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to make and hold your reservation. Remaining amount due will not be collected until Captain and guests agree the weather is safe and all guests have arrived-

We are proud to announce a real theatrical Mermaid experience. The kids and Adults go CRAZY! Memory is GUARENTEED to last a lifetime. 

Emagine exploring a semiprivate beach that you can only get to by boat in a beautiful remote area. You and the kids are up on the beach and Your CAPTAIN starts to blow on a magical Conch shell.... at a distance out on the Ocean, a beautiful Mermaid rises from under the water! Swims up to the kids, swims and plays with them! After many pictures and fun, she slowly disappears back into the deep.

CANCELATION AND WEATHER CANCELATION REFUND POLICY

(If customer cancels for any reason at any time, the customer's deposit or fees paid are 100% refundable in the form of a (gift card only) and is credited to the payee in the amount paid. There are NO CASH REFUNDS. The gift card will be issued by Nauti Aquatic Adventures LLC in the amount that was paid less reservation fees and taxes. The gift card can only be used for future charters, for up to 1 year from the reservation date. If the Captain cancels the charter (OTHER THAN DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS at time of scheduled charter) a 100% less reservation fees an d taxes, or cash refund will be sent back to the payee to the original credit/debit card of the customer within 30 days of cancelation.

Due to fluctuating weather conditions, your charter may need to be rescheduled or canceled. If your charter is canceled DUE TO POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS, you will receive a gift card in the amount paid by payee that can go toward another charter adventure day with NAUTI Aquatic Adventures LLC, (THERE ARE NO CASH or CREDIT CARD REFUNDS DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS)

The Captain or client can cancel the Charter due to weather conditions at any time.

If the Captain or client feels that it will be or is unsafe conditions or continual rain or high winds, the Captain reserves the right to reschedule the charter date and a Gift card will be issued in the amount of the deposit or money paid for the charter back to the payee.

If your Charter is cut short due to unforeseen weather conditions during the charter, there will be no refund. Nauti Aquatic Adventures LLC does take into account weather conditions and will consider moving your charter date to a more favorable day at no penalty)

By making a formal reservation on FareHarbor reservation system, the client is agreeing to the cancellation and weather cancellation refund policy as stated above.

By making a reservation directly with Captain Mosher or with NAUTI Aquatic adventures LLC and there is an exchange of money between the person making the reservation and Captain Mosher, they are agreeing to the cancellation and weather cancellation refund policy as described abov
